What is a stakeholder?
A stakeholder is a person who plays an important in a student's life, usually a parent, guardian or teacher.
How does a stakeholder fit into the well-being process?
We ask stakeholders some wimple questions regarding student/s they are allocated to, which provides useful insights into the student's well-being.
For example, questions might include: "Do you think Jess is finding it hard to stay on track with homework" or "Are you concerned about Jess harming herself or others?"
Why do you need to ask stakeholders questions at all?
We ask stakeholders if they have concerns about student's get a clearer picture of student well-being. We take student's check-in responses along with stakeholder responses and school performance data and triangulate to give an accurate snapshot of student well-being.
Will students know the stakeholders responses?
No, stakeholder responses are transmitted securely to our servers and presented anonymously on thee admin dashboard.
Do you have any well-being info about stakeholders?
No, we only keep the most basic information for contacting stakeholders eg name, email & phone number.
Do you ask about the stakeholder's well-being?
No. We don't not ask or know any well-being information regarding the stakeholder. Stakeholder info is 'one-way'. Only stakeholders can give feedback on the studen'ts well-being and not the other way around
